Between 24-25 May 2016, DRESMARA hold the 5th seminar in the field of "Defense Human Resource Management". The seminar was delivered by Commander (r) William HATCH, lecturer and educational program manager at the Graduate School of Business and Public Policy, the Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) in Monterey - USA.

    The activity was attended by military and civilian personnel from Romanian Ministry of National Defense, from NATO countries and partner countries - Azerbaijan, Georgia, Pakistan and Portugal, participants in the “Defense Resources Management for Senior Officials Postgraduate Course” - ACT 477.5.
